About Us

Lingwa, managed by Dr Judith Rochecouste for over 20 years, is a consulting service that provides educational research and materials development for English language teaching across all levels of education. Lingwa specialises in developing material for learning English as an additional language or as an additional dialect of English.

Dr Judith Rochecouste has an extensive background in linguistics. Her qualifications include an Arts degree (BA Hons, Flinders University, SA) majoring in French language, a Master’s degree in acoustic phonetics (MA, Australian National University), and a PhD describing the creole language of Mauritius.
